We are seeking a passionate and experienced Programme Manager to lead and deliver high-quality education in our Business and Information Technology programmes. This role blends strategic programme management with people leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching, ākonga success, and future-focused curriculum development.
You will manage the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of Business and Information Technology. You’ll also mentor and support kaiako, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration and innovation. Central to this role is supporting the commitment of Toi Ohomai to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity, and inclusive, culturally grounded practice.
The final salary will be determined according to skills and experience. This role reports to the Head of School and is based at either our Windermere Campus in Tauranga or Mokoia Campus in Rotorua.
