Key Responsibilities
Assess project documentation and provide expert compliance advice.Manage access consulting projects from design to delivery.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business.Prepare technical reports and recommendations on accessibility compliance.Mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to a positive culture.Support business development and identify opportunities for growth.Maintain quality, safety, and WHS standards across all projects.About You
Degree in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.5+ years’ experience in access consulting or building compliance.Strong understanding of BCA, Access Standards, and DDA compliance.Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships.Skilled in mentoring, leadership, and technical problem-solving.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The Company
