In this newly created position as the Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role within Alpine by taking charge ofsystem technical learning across AEL.

You will work with our transformation team to identify and develop technical learning solutions as part of the business plan.

You will work closely with our Learning Lead to ensure all training solutions are scalable and reusable while aligning with our learning principles, brand, and strategy.As our Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for :

  • Developing or procuring technical learning to support system adoption and implementation.

Working with co-design learner-centred principles with SMEs and end users where applicable

  • Collaborating with the Transformation team and the Learning Lead to ensure learning is captured as a critical part of change management plans for each project within the business plan
  • Contributing to building sustainable training capability within business units, including upskilling internal SMEs (e.g. Digital team) or project leads to support knowledge transfer
  • Ensuring all learning and training data is captured in the Learning Management System (LMS), and the system is kept up to dateWhat you'll need
  • A professional certification in adult learning (e.g., Level 4 Adult Education).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Trainer, working on system implementation changes within organisations.
  • Strong understanding of learning design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Instructional design and e-learning content creation skills.Nice to haves
  • Experience working within organisations with cross functional teams.
