About the role - Mō te tūranga

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead growth across strategically important customers, identifying opportunities, managing high-value bids and tenders, and driving new business that strengthens our national network.

Shape market strategy

– develop and execute growth plans to enter new markets and expand share.

Drive commercial excellence –

– leverage analytics, CRM insights, and pricing strategy to maximise conversion and revenue.

Embed best practice –

– uplifting sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting across the business.

Collaborate cross-functionally –

– work closely with operations, finance, commercial, and IT teams to deliver seamless, value-driven solutions.

Mentor future talent –

– share your expertise and help grow sales capability across the national team.

• Industry experience within transport, logistics, or supply chain, with proven success in national business development.
