About the Role

This role is critical in delivering robust month-end processes, insightful commercial support, and driving process enhancements.

It offers exposure to various stakeholders both inside and outside of finance so a great grounding for those looking to develop their FBP skills.

You'll play a strategic role in improving financial systems, reporting, and project ROI evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Own the month-end process, delivering accurate reports, variance commentary and cost splits across markets

Evaluate initiatives, partnering to challenge assumptions and validate costs

Improve processes and automate financial systems using Excel and other tools to support efficiency

Track concurrent projects and update ROI models and scenario planning tools

Collaborate with finance and data teams to ensure reporting consistency and insight

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

CA or CIMA qualified with 5 years' experience in management accounting or FP&A

Proven experience in project tracking, commercial finance, and ROI modelling

Advanced Excel skills (macros a plus); exposure to SQL / Python for data manipulation is ideal

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for streamlining financial processes

Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and challenge commercial assumptions

Experience with PowerBI beneficial

Self-starter with excellent time management and a process improvement mindset

What's on offer?

An initial six month contract

Hourly rate depending on experience but open to juniors from $60 up to $75 GST for the perfect fit
