You Will

Mentor and guide talented engineers, helping grow their expertise and drive team success.

Do you have what it takes to succeed?

We are looking for Principal Design Engineers – Primary Systems Design to join our friendly team.

You Should Have

15+ years in primary systems design for high voltage substations and transmission systems.

Expertise in substation designs including layouts, equipment specification, and site-specific challenges.

Demonstrated ability to mentor design teams, with a focus on capability development and quality assurance

Chartered Professional Engineer (CPENG) or equivalent certification.

A Washington Accord-recognised bachelor's degree or higher

A collaborative mindset and a passion for coaching others to succeed

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A passion for engineering and a drive to build a strong, future-ready team
