IT Procurement Specialist (Contract) - Full & Part-Time Opportunities

We have several procurement requirements (including part-time) covering sourcing projects (for ICT software / hardware / licensing and services) and delivering updated procurement artefacts and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supporting end-to-end procurement activities across a variety of ICT engagements
  • Preparing RFx documentation and assisting with supplier evaluations
  • Managing purchase orders, contracts and vendor onboarding processes
  • Assisting with data analysis, market research and supplier performance monitoring
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Contributing to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects

What We're Looking For :

  • Pre-existing NZ Work Rights
  • Demonstrable understanding of NZ Government Procurement rules
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills
  • Experience using procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Ariba) desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
