We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-focused OSM Administrator to join our team in either Lower Hutt, Porirua or Greytown. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide essential support to our Open Space Maintenance operations, ensuring systems are up to date, workflows run smoothly, and compliance requirements are met. From managing data and reporting to coordinating with field teams and contractors, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything organised behind the scenes.   • Supporting the day-to-day administration of our Open Space Maintenance contracts.

  • Liaising with field teams, supervisors, and contractors to keep workflows on track.
  • Preparing reports and documentation to support operational delivery.
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations.
