About the Role :
- Our Assistant Restaurant Manager's understand thatfast-food can be challenging and rewarding all at once.
- They are accountablefor all restaurant standards and for building the desired team culture alongside Restaurant Managers.
- It's an absolute privilege to manage a team, many whoare in their first jobs. You will quickly figure out how to focus on what'simportant and communicate to your Shift Managers clearly and positively.

- You will alsobe paid for hours if you work over your normal 40 hours working week.
We offer you :
Guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week to be worked overany 5 days of the week, Monday to Sunday. At least 2-3 years Supervisory / Management experience in Food retail.Experience managing a team of 5-6 staff minimum is preferred.Diploma in Business Management or Hospitality (Advantageous).Strong understanding of health and safety especially food safety.Great ability to connecting with people and customerservice.Effective management style with proven experience onstaff training, development and motivation.Exceptional communication skills with the ability tocreate a positive culture and working environment.Ability to motivate and lead the team towards success.Exceptional presentation, time management &attention to detail.Unpacking stock deliveries and inventory (involves heavy lifting).If you are interested in joining us, apply now!
