Your impact
The purpose of the role is to become a key part of the growing New Zealand Water Engineering team, and to undertake a range of water engineering planning, design, design management and project management tasks throughout the ANZ region.
Another key expectation is the design of 3 waters infrastructure and the ability to independently carry out design tasks with the support of senior technical staff, whilst finding on the job opportunities to provide internal informal mentoring and advising and supporting graduate and intern staff in the area of design.
You will provide Technical Engineering Services, developing solutions to (potentially) complex problems requiring understanding of practices, techniques, concepts and theoretical principles. With an uncompromising approach to safety and welfare, you will lead and support safety initiatives and drive Jacobs Beyond Zero culture of caring.
You will support the Jacobs water team to ensure it can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationship building and work sharing in order to maximise the benefit of global delivery to our clients and our people.
