An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive part‑time Health and Safety Manager to join a dedicated team responsible for the care and management of one of Auckland’s most iconic green spaces.

About the role :

• This is an autonomous role where you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Health & Safety Risk Management Programme
• Responsible for running the H&S operational heads meeting and weekly Toolbox meetings
• Foster a strong safety culture across diverse operations, including heritage, recreation, and agriculture
• Act as a hands‑on leader ensuring health and safety compliance across all activities
• Engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices
