Join PwC's Transformation Design and Delivery team in Auckland as we work to deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients across Aotearoa.

Our team is experienced in large-scale transformation delivery with planning, coordinating, and driving the delivery of outcomes—often involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers and vendors—and across different locations.

Programme and Project Management is a critical enabler of this and is the foundation of our most significant engagements.

Responsibilities

Transformation Design and Governance : Lead the delivery of major transformation programmes across diverse clients and industries, providing strategic guidance and governance to ensure successful transformations.

Transformation Management and Major Project Delivery : Leverage expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients by managing initiatives within budget, scope, and timelines.

Serve as a trusted advisor in project steering and advisory roles, performing health-checks, rescuing troubled projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, and building deep stakeholder relationships.

Organisational and Technology Change Management : Drive successful organisational change and technology adoption by developing and implementing robust change management plans, strategies, and interventions, fostering stakeholder engagement, and driving seamless transformational change.
