In this leadership role, you'll be instrumental in empowering staff, shaping service development, overseeing complex case management, and championing continuous quality improvement across helpline operations.Key details : Immediate startFixed term contract until 30th June

• Monday - Friday (no weekends!)$100k - $110kKey Responsibilities : Lead high-quality mental health and suicide prevention services.Support senior shift supervisors and their teams.Manage complex, high-risk cases to reduce service dependency.Guide risk assessments (suicide, self-harm, child protection).

Maintain and enforce clinical policies and standards.Design and deliver training for safe, effective practice.About You : Qualified and registered Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Registered Nurse, or Social Worker.Strong clinical experience in mental health.Background in helpline or crisis support settings.Solid understanding of mental health and recovery frameworks.Skilled in managing clinical risk and complex cases.Familiar with best practice, research, and evaluation methods.Comfortable working in a volunteer-supported environment.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
