Position Overview
Our company is a professional organization based on the Northshore, supplying bird deterrent systems to the commercial sector nationwide, including aviation, food manufacturing, logistics, and many others.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales enquiries and follow up on customer leads
- Prepare quotes and schedule Installation works
- Co‑ordinate and book site visits as required
- Organize access equipment for installation jobs and provide administrative support for the installation team
- Maintain key supplier and client relationships
- Conduct post‑job costing analysis
- Prepare and maintain all Health and Safety, Training and operational documentation
- Oversee inventory management, including tracking supplies and placing orders as needed
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure timely and efficient workflow
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate communication and resolve operational issues
- Help implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Previous experience in operations, administration, or a related field is a plusExperience with Simpro software would be an advantageStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and comfortable learning new software toolsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as part of a teamWhy Join Us?
