What you'll be doing
Provide high-level, proactive support to the GM Corporate Affairs and Sustainability and to the General Counsel and Company Secretary.
In the Governance Lead role, you will be supporting our Board by ensuring the smooth operation of governance activities.
Manage complex schedules, coordinate Board and Committee meetings, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
