Overview

Previous experience as a process worker is desirable. This role requires a keen eye for detail, effective teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. Previous process worker experience is advantageous but not essential. This is an afternoon shift role and must be available Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual handling tasks efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are met.
  • Execute repetitive tasks with consistency and a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to our company\'s health and safety standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and develop new competencies.
  • Monitor production processes and report any discrepancies to the team leader.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to optimize process efficiency and quality.

Day-to-Day

  • Engage in routine checks and maintenance of the production equipment.
  • Prepare materials and components for assembly or processing.
  • Follow standardized operating procedures to ensure a safe and effective workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across various teams to promote a harmonious work environment.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide input on process development or improvements.
  • Maintain a high level of physical readiness to meet the demands of the role.
  • Must be able to

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must reside in NZ.

  • Complete all pre-employment checks.
  • Minimum restricted license required.
  • Have reliable transportation
