As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager , you will play a key role in the daily operation of our restaurant and bar, supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in maintaining exceptional service standards, smooth operations, and a positive team culture. You’ll help lead by example, ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional and memorable experience every time they visit.

About the role

• Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Supervise, motivate, and assist in training front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintaining high standards of product quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Assisting in managing inventory and ordering to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Monitoring and upholding compliance with food safety and alcohol licensing requirements.
• Help analyze sales and service performance, contributing to strategies for continuous improvement.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and event teams to deliver cohesive guest experiences and special functions.
• Step into the role of acting manager when the Food & Beverage Manager is unavailable.

About you

This role is a full time, permanent role (30 hours per week) and requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
