About the Role
This is a creative and hands-on role for someone who loves connecting directly with customers to uncover real needs, spark adoption, and turn insights into product direction.
While we’re a remote-first Company and work independently day-to-day, we occasionally meet up in person to collaborate and work together. We’re ideally looking for someone based in Auckland, as parts of the team tend to meet up about once a month to connect, share ideas, and work on bigger projects. We also have a brand-new co-working space in Auckland, and there are monthly social events to connect with the wider company and catch up in person.
There’s lots of room for growth in this role - it’s independent, with plenty of space to experiment, improve, and influence how our product evolves. You’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our Immersive Training Platform by linking customer feedback, internal priorities, and product execution.
You’ll also get the chance to collaborate with some well-known, exciting customers who are using our tech in innovative ways. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and impact - this role is for you!

Then, you’ll jump into our platform to explore new features, test functionality, and share internal feedback. Later, you might wrap up your day by presenting improvements and ideas to the product and engineering teams - helping turn insights into real action.
