Service Administrator - Southland

About the role

The Service Administrator will contribute to the smooth running of the services by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function.

This role will carry out a wide range of administrative duties and provide essential support to other staff members within the team.

Administrative tasks will include but are not limited to :

• payroll
• travel
• complaints
• meeting preparation
• meeting minutes
• general support for service managers.

About you

This role demands a switched on, highly motivated and organised person with a strong ability to prioritise competing demands in an efficient manner, whilst continually learning in an ever-changing environment.

Ideally you will also bring the following skills and experience :

• Previous experience in a busy administrator role
• Be a strong team player, with the ability and desire to work cohesively across the team
• Time management skills - having a knack for multi-tasking
• Ability to communicate clearly, both in written and verbal form
• Competent and confident using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• A strong eye for detail
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
• Respectful and professional nature handling confidential information
• Have a natural flair for building and fostering positive relationships
• Ability to work with colleagues remotely
