We're looking for a confident and experienced

Store Manager

to lead our team at

Whangarei store

You'll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing store environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product – someone who loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and leads with care, confidence, and energy.

Here's what's on offer :

Role – Store Manager

Rostered Hours : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm, Tuesday to Saturday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Minimum Hours : 39 hours per week

Salary : $58,000 - $63,000

What your day will look like :

Leading and managing the daily operations of your store

Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences

Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets

Championing a fun, inclusive, and supportive team culture

Overseeing store presentation, stock levels and visual merchandising

Managing admin, reporting and other key operational tasks

You'll thrive in this role if you :

Have retail leadership experience and a track record of results

Are passionate about developing others and building a strong team

Lead by example with a positive, proactive approach

Are confident managing performance, processes and priorities

Take pride in delivering great service and high store standards
