Your High-Impact Responsibilities
You will be the central coordinator, connecting the field, the client, and the office :
Project and Resource Command : Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including detailed planning (scope, milestones, timelines, progressive billing).Resource Scheduling Master : Expertly schedule all labor, equipment, machinery, and materials, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient deployment for routine maintenance and large projects.Advanced Financial Oversight : Manage all invoicing (progress and final), and take control of the full accounts payable and receivable functions.Xero Mastery : Leveraging your 10–15 years experience, you are fully proficient and comfortable managing financials within Xero.Compliance & Fleet Management : Coordinate all required certification documentation and manage the maintenance and administration of our vehicle fleet.Essential Skills & Experience
Extensive Financial Background : 10–15 years demonstrated experience in accounts management (AR / AP) and operations finance.Software Expertise : High-level proficiency and experience with Xero accounting software is essential.Communication & Collaboration : Excellent ability to communicate professionally and effectively with tradespeople, high-value clients, and all internal stakeholders.Leadership & Standards : Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize heavy workloads, and uphold impeccable standards of quality and professionalism.If you are looking for a role where your experience is valued, your initiative is rewarded, and your influence is significant, apply today.
