This role is based in South Auckland across their retail stores.

Role responsibilities

Nurturing and developing a high-performing team - upskilling team members and driving their performance on a daily basis, keeping in mind a people-focused culture

Supporting the Store Manager with financial operations including KPIs, finance & P&L

Leading by example with exceptional customer service - driving your team to make customer-centric decisions

Managing processes and compliance in line with industry-specific laws

Strong experience within complex / technical retail management

Solid financial skills - experience in sales metrics & KPIs

Hard working, hands-on leadership style
