  • About the Role
  • The Payment Systems Specialist will focus on understanding our payment ecosystem, the risk and financial controls, whilst also advising and supporting the implementation of appropriate control mechanisms.

They will also use tools and analysis to ensure that risks are being reduced and the system operates efficentantly and effectively.

  • About the Team
  • The Payment Systems Specialist is part of the Sector Operations Support team that has the collective accountability for maintaining and enhancing services whilst implementing and supporting Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora priorities.
  • About you
  • You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification , or possess equivalent relevant experience.
  • This will be complemented by your ability to engage meaningfully with system users, as well as your proficiency in using reporting tools and managing data sets in accordance with Privacy Standards.In addition, you will bring solid experience in a similar role where you've delivered positive business outcomes.

    You'll demonstrate entry-level to intermediate expertise in key areas of analysis and solution development, while effectively managing small to medium portfolios of work with multiple, concurrent demands.
