Workshop Foreman

Our Tauranga workshop is seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead our small workshop team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring our diverse fleet of buses and coaches are road-ready and running smoothly for daily operations.
About you :
5+ years of industry experience as a Diesel Mechanic with strong knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair skills.
Previous leadership experience or ready to step up —you're a clear communicator, experienced in mentoring / training and confident in leading a team.
You take pride in maintaining a tidy, well-organised workshop, with the ability to manage admin tasks like payroll and our fleet systems.
You have a team player mindset and collaborative approach to work as part of a tight knit team.
