That's where you come in.We're on the hunt for two Production Fitters to join our Engineering team at the Pride.Note : These are shift-based roles on 2-week rotations - 2 weeks of mornings (6am–2pm) followed by 2 weeks of afternoons (2pm–10pm).

ResponsibilitiesCarry out preventative and planned maintenance, upgrades, yearly maintenance plans and scheduled shutdownsProvide technical and hands-on support to shift reliability teamsTroubleshoot and resolve plant and reliability issues through structured problem solvingUse advanced techniques such as condition monitoring, vibration analysis and data analysis to guide equipment decisionsCoach production teams on equipment operation and troubleshooting practicesDrive improvements in preventative and corrective maintenance schedules based on equipment learningsSupport asset care development through Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement and asset care across the BreweryWhat You'll BringA mechanical maintenance or dual (not essential) trade qualification (or equivalent)Strong hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance (ideally in FMCG or a fast-paced manufacturing environment)Engineering or technical background highly regarded but not essentialA general understanding of electrical systems and automation (advantageous)A passion for problem solving, continuous improvement and asset careGreat communication skills and a collaborative, team-player mindsetStrong digital skills and a results-driven attitudeWhat You'll Get In ReturnCareer growth on tap with ongoing development opportunitiesConvenient East Tamaki location with free parking, a gym, and our very own Lion bar onsiteBonus scheme plus product allowance for your favourite Lion drinksA supportive team that works together and wins togetherNot sure if you tick every box?
