He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga | About the role
Each Tangata will have individual care requirements, and you will support them with all elements of daily living. No qualifications or prior experience are required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure all Kaiāwhina I Support Workers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need.

Paid training! Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two–four weeks of employment and is a mixture of practical training, online self‑directed learning, and working with a buddy trainer.
