Part-Time Medical Reception

We are seeking a professional and personable  Part-Time Medical Receptionist  to support a busy specialist clinic located in Remuera, conveniently close to the Newmarket Train Station. This is a  longer-term assignment  starting  5th January 2026 , offering part-time hours with the flexibility to provide full-time cover when required.

About the Role :

You will be working  2–3 days per week, 8am–5pm , on days when clinics are scheduled. In addition, you will provide  full-time cover from late April to the end of May  while the Practice Manager is on leave. If you enjoy variety, value work–life balance, and are open to stepping in for additional hours when needed, this role is an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meet and greet patients attending clinic appointments
• Handle incoming phone calls
• Manage follow-up appointment bookings
• Respond to email enquiries
• Provide general administrative support as required
