Our key objectives are to provide students with the highest quality education, and to produce research of international excellence.The role / Te mahiAs a Teaching Fellow within our Department, your focus will be to provide 100-level laboratory support.
Key tasks of the role will include : Demonstrating 100-level labs and providing exam support.Coordinating assessment marking and ensuring the provision of constructive and timely feedback to students.Supporting other undergraduate teaching in physics as required.Your skills and experience / Ka Pukeka Me Ka WheakoIdeally, candidates will have : Undergraduate physics laboratory experience.An ability to relate to a wide variety of people within a teaching environment.Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.Commitment to working in a culturally safe and respectful manner and demonstrated understanding and appreciation of Te Ao Maori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, and Pasifika values.An ability to work collegially and independently.Further details / PurokoThis is a full-time (1 FTE), fixed-term position for six months (January to July
