Rate up to $152,164 (pro rata)The Project Manager - Retrofit is a dedicated resource focused on delivering retrofit or other renewal team projects.
This role is dynamic and comprehensive and will include tasks from the construction phases of selected projects, meaning responsibility and ownership over projects assigned.
This role will include weekly travel to visit sites for scoping, progress monitoring and issue resolution.This role requires working a mixture of office and site-based work during set hours, Monday to Friday.Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience working in a relevant property or construction industryProject Management qualification, preferably Prince 2 or PMPSound experience managing construction projects with the ability to prepare comprehensive and robust project plans which identify project risks and mitigation strategiesExperience with the delivery of high-volume work activitiesExcellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in plain languageStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsExperience in managing property maintenance or minor capital upgradesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good stakeholder relationships through consultation and partnershipDemonstrated experience in contract management & negotiationA current full clean driver's licence is essentialNou te rourou - What's in it for you?
