eCommerce Content Editor - 3 Month Fixed Term

We have an exciting opportunity to join our eCommerce team and support the ecommerce trading strategy by executing an engaging online experience for our customers.

You will be part of a high performing team of Content Editors working with Brands, Marketing, Buyers and Brand Managers to create promotional activity.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and brief creative assets including banners, tiles, and other online materials aligned with the promotional calendar.

Create and enhance engaging landing pages for prestige beauty brands.

Maintain and refresh website content regularly to ensure it remains relevant and inspiring.

Collaborate with Buying and Marketing teams to support trading and promotional objectives.

Assist in creating and maintaining range plans to ensure accurate product representation and alignment with trading strategy.

Optimise content for SEO to drive visibility and engagement.

Write clear, persuasive product descriptions that reflect our brand voice.

Champion the customer experience by :

Ensuring on-site search delivers accurate, relevant results.

Identifying opportunities for optimisation and recommending A / B testing initiatives to continually improve customer experience.

To demonstrate success in this role you will bring :

2+ years' experience in a similar or digital focussed role would be advantageous

Copy writing and editing for online

Meticulous attention to detail

Outstanding people skills, strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management whilst managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Full training will be provided.
