The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Company Directors, you will develop our marketing strategy and elevate our profile in the commercial sector. You’ll take ownership of our brand direction, develop and deliver integrated campaigns, and ensure our story is seen and heard across every touchpoint — from media to client meetings.
This is a pivotal role for a senior communicator who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with our growth objectives.
- Lead brand development and positioning, ensuring consistency and distinction across all materials.
- Create engaging, SEO-driven digital content that reflects our design values.
- Manage PR and media relations, crafting case studies, thought-leadership pieces, and campaign stories that showcase our work and partnerships.
- Oversee internal communications and B2B engagement with architects, designers, builders, and clients.
- Track marketing ROI, analyse performance data, and report actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage the marketing budget with efficiency and strategic focus.
About You
You’re a seasoned marketing and communications professional with the vision and hands-on ability to grow a respected design brand.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in construction, joinery, interiors, or creative industries — but above all, you know how to craft a brand story that resonates.
You will bring :
Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.At least 3 years proven and verifiable experience, relevant to this roleStrong copywriting and digital content skills, including SEO and web structure.Confidence working with leadership teams and external stakeholders.A tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, or a related field.Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude.Based in Hamilton, or able to work remotely with some national travel.Why Join Us
