We are seeking applications for suitably qualified lecturers / senior lecturers to support our Secondary Education courses offered at our City campus and online.

Applicants will have relevant recent professional teaching experience and demonstrate commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

This teaching-focused role will involve lecturing across secondary professional practice courses and supporting students on school practicum, providing mentoring, supervision and assessment in collaboration with schools and colleagues.

Applicants will be engaged in educational scholarship that informs practice and seeks to make beneficial impacts out education communities.

Confirmation of your current teacher registration with the New Zealand Teaching Council as the successful applicants will be expected to visit and assess student teachers on practicum.

This is a permanent teaching focused role.

Applicants willhold at least a master's degree and preferably a doctoral degree.

Start Date : 12 January

Term : The successful candidate will secure a permanent, full-time appointment.

Salary ranges : Lecturer -$84,447 to $100,446.Senior Lecturer -$103,395 to $121,842 (specific step within ranges commensurate with relevant skills and experience).
