Community connection – Be part of a team that makes a real difference in people's lives every day.Hours for this role : Monday : 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.Tuesday : 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.Thursday : 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.Friday : 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a reliable, motivated Part-TimeDental Assistant / Receptionist to join our friendly team at Lumino Main Street.In this multi-trained role, you'll be an essential part of keeping our practice running smoothly ,supporting our clinicians chairside and ensuring every patient has a warm, professional experience from the moment they walk in.Your key responsibilities will include : Providing chairside support to clinicians during a variety of dental proceduresManaging instrument sterilisation and maintaining infection control standardsGreeting patients, managing appointment bookings, and handling paymentsAssisting with patient enquiries both in person and over the phoneSupporting day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless patient experienceContributing to a positive, team-focused practice cultureYou'll enjoy the satisfaction of helping patients feel comfortable and cared for — and the variety of working both front-of-house and behind the scenes with a supportive, experienced team.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll bring : Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and / or Receptionist (preferred)Experience in sterilisation or infection control (advantageous)A warm, positive, and professional attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsConfidence using computers and learning new systems quicklyA genuine passion for helping people and contributing to a team environmentAdditional InformationApplying with Us?
