Senior Beauty Advisor

As our Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor), you\'ll provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of the store's operations as well as work closely with your team of fellow supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager.

You'll also play a key role in achieving store KPI's as well as delivering an unbeatable client experience.

Responsibilities

Acting as an extension to the store management team to manage team performance through regular coaching and feedback

Promoting a high level of customer service and recommending suitable products to customers after understanding their needs

Serving as an escalation point for clients and cast member matters and confidently making store operation decisions during core hours

Holding team briefings

Supporting the Store Manager (SM) and Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to achieve store KPIs and targets

Working on a rostered basis including weekends, early starts and late finishes

Qualifications

Have previous management experience in a fast paced, high volume retail sales environment

Have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example

Have a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite
