The Pride is home to some of Aotearoa's most iconic drinks, and we're on the lookout for a Compliance Systems Coordinator to join the team.This is a newly created role with plenty of variety – from keeping our site's food safety and environmental systems running smoothly, to leading a Clean-in-Place (CIP) validation program.
You'll play a key role in helping us stay compliant, safe and sustainable, while building capability across the site.If you're curious, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact, this could be your next big move.How You'll Make an Impact Keep our food safety and compliance systems in great shape – from audits, document control and records management, through to supporting external audit readiness Lead the development and coordination of a site-wide Clean-in-Place (CIP) validation program Work closely with teams across the site to embed system changes and lift GMP culture Support TPM and operating system practices to reduce waste and lift performanceWhat You'll Bring Curiosity and learning agility, with a drive to grow your knowledge in food safety and environmental compliance Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the bigger picture Confidence with digital tools and systems Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsNot sure if you tick every box?
