Qualifications :
Management experience in hospitality and retail is preferred. Completion of McDonald’s management training at a department level is advantageous. Relevant courses include Developing the Leader in Me (DLM), formerly IDM or ASM, or specific department courses such as Customer Experience Course (CEC), People Performance Course (PPC), or Product Quality Course (PQC). A current first aid and fire training certificate is preferable.
