Purpose of the Role :

We’re on the hunt for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager who can lead with confidence, charm, and a splash of QT flair. You’ll be the maestro of our dining spaces – keeping service smooth, guests delighted, and the vibe unforgettable. From motivating the team to making sure every plate and pour is perfection, this role is all about creating experiences that wow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the Crew : Motivate, train, and roster our front-of-house team to deliver QT-level service.
• Own the Guest Experience : Greet, interact, and resolve any hiccups with confidence and style.
• Keep It Tight : Oversee daily operations, from opening to closing, ensuring food safety and service standards shine.
• Money Matters : Assist with cost control, inventory, and accurate cash handling – because smooth service starts with smart numbers.
• Quality Obsessed : Monitor presentation and consistency of food and drinks, and keep the vibe high.
• Safety First : Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and champion a safe, happy workplace.
