Mo tenei turanga | About this role

This permanent role is a part of the Te Uepu a-Motu Business Group and directly leads a team of Review Officers delivering a programme of evaluations, reviews, inquiries and investigations into the quality of kura and whare kura operating in te reo Maori medium settings.

Reporting to the Toka a Nuku | Director Te Uepu-a-Motu your focus is to ensure that Maori learners succeed as Maori through leading the team gathering intelligence to support immersion national insights and enhancements to the system.

You will lead a dedicated team of Maori Medium Review Officers.

We see you bringing exceptional talent in building and maintaining the capability of the team through coaching, mentoring, performance management and ensuring appropriate systems, methodologies and controls are in place to support quality team outputs.

You will work collaboratively across the Te Uepu-a-Motu leadership team to ensure a tone and culture consistent with the attainment of EROs strategic goals and objectives.
