Who would suit this role?
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls, assisting customers with their queries or re‑directing to other departments if required.
This opportunity will suit someone who has previous customer services experience and is comfortable working in a call centre environment. It goes without saying that you will possess clear and confident communication skills and understand the importance of delivering a high standard of customer services on every call.
