Job Description About the role You will deliver approved electrical courses, facilitate practical learning, and guide students to achieve their qualifications.

What you will be doing Deliver engaging electrical training in block course and day release formats Assess student work, complete marking on time and use approved learning materials Provide coaching, guidance and academic support to help learners succeed Maintain a safe and well resourced training centre alongside the Learning Manager Ensure all health and safety practices and reporting requirements are met Desired Skills and Experience What you'll bring A current New Zealand Electrical Registration (Full Practising Licence, Inspector's Licence or equivalent Electrical Engineering qualification) Hold and unit standard or be working towards these (if you don't hold these or aren't working towards these we can support as part of your development) Strong practical experience in the electrical industry Ideally, experience in adult education or training (though we can support you in this area) Strong communication and coaching skills, with a passion for developing others Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Why join Skills Group?
