About the Opportunity

This well-established care home and village community is entering an exciting phase of change.

With upcoming refurbishments, growth, and future development projects on the horizon, we’re seeking a Village Manager with deep aged-care experience , exceptional relationship skills, and the strength to lead confidently through transformation.

You’ll oversee the overall village operations while the Care Home is managed by a dedicated Care Manager. You’ll also have the support of a skilled Maintenance Manager, Kitchen Manager, and regional leadership team.

This is a role for a steady hand — someone who knows the rhythm of village life, can balance care with commercial, and who leads people through change with clarity and compassion.
