Job description

This role supports the operational and client-facing functions of HCA Immigration Limited, focusing on immigration case management, administrative coordination, and customer relationship management. The position requires a strong understanding of immigration processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

30-40 hours per week

What You’ll Do :

  • Support Licensed Immigration Adviser with visa processes
  • Manage client files and timelines
  • Communicate with clients, migrants and employers
  • Provide administrative and compliance support
  • Prepare service agreements, MoUs, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain digital and physical records in line with privacy and compliance standards
  • Provide timely updates and guidance throughout the immigration process
  • Handle escalations professionally and empathetically
  • Monitor changes in immigration policy and update internal processes accordingly
  • Interpret legislation relevant to immigration and employment.
  • Provide support and updates to HCA Immigration staff overseas

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

  • Contribute to the development of best practices and internal policies
  • Participate in team discussions to enhance service delivery and client experience
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • NZQF Level 4 qualification or higher, prefer a relevant university degree
  • 3+ years in admin, immigration, or customer service
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Ezymigrate experience a plus)
  • Desirable :

  • Knowledge of AEWV & NZ immigration policies
  • Experience with migrant communities
  • Multilingual skills (Tagalog / Bisaya)
