About us

The Allied Health team are looking for a NZ registered Occupational Therapist with a specialist interest in Mental Health to join our team of enthusiastic and dedicated multidisciplinary professionals.

Within the wider AH team, we have a small team of Occupational Therapists who work together to provide a generalist service. Our team provides a range of inpatient and community-based health services for the community. This role will give you the opportunity to further your experience working across a wide range of specialties and advance your practical skills.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist working in Mental Health, you will be responsible for providing assessment, education and treatment using a patient-centred model of care for patients (all ages) inclusive of physical and mental health conditions.

This role spans across our Manaakitanga Mental Health Inpatient Unit and our patients in the community giving a diverse and rewarding workload. Travel to other locations throughout the West Coast will be part of the role.
