The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative and technically skilled Learning Content Creator to join our Product Education team in the Animal Management business unit.

You'll transform existing learning frameworks into engaging, localised content for diverse regions - starting with high-demand areas like Europe.

You'll work closely with subject matter experts and the Product Education Lead to adapt eLearning modules using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.

Your work will support internal teams and eventually external partners within our retail network.

What You'll Do

As a Learning Content Creator at Gallagher, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping engaging, regionally tailored training experiences for global audiences.

You'll repurpose and localise eLearning modules – adapting language, imagery, examples, and regulatory details to suit diverse markets.

Your creative eye and technical skills will come into play as you edit and format media assets using Adobe tools, ensuring every piece of content is visually sharp and culturally relevant.

You'll also be hands-on with learning management systems like Litmos, Articulate 360, and our European LMS, helping to optimise how content is delivered and accessed.

Collaboration is key – you'll work closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity across all materials.

Using a structured approach to version control and file management, you'll help maintain consistency and quality across regions.

You'll also support our service and repair teams by producing video training content that's both practical and impactful.

If you've dabbled in InDesign, worked with LMS platforms, or have a feel for instructional design, even better – but what matters most is your ability to learn fast and bring fresh thinking to the table.

This is an office-first role, so regular onsite presence is essential for the successful candidate.
