Join Fliway's 2-year Supply Chain Graduate Programme to gain hands-on experience across transport and logistics, working with industry experts in a leading NZ provider.Your roleResponsibilitiesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of Transport & Logistics operations.Analysing data and key performance indicators to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.Assisting in managing and coordinating shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.Participating in projects related to supply chain management, inventory control, and freight forwarding.Learning and applying customs regulations and compliance procedures for international shipments.Engaging with customers to understand their Transport & Logistics needs and provide excellent service.About youQualificationsNew Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.Be based in Auckland.A recent tertiary qualification, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail.Passion for the Transport / Logistics industry and a desire to continuously learn and grow.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
