OverviewExperienced Civil Engineer - Roads & Highways.

This is a permanent role based in SMEC's Auckland office, working on road infrastructure projects in New Zealand and Australia.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical design experience and produce engineering design for projects and design packages.Produce engineering reports and support tender proposals.Ensure analysis and design tasks meet technical standards and client / SMEC requirements.Collaborate with team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and coordination of deliverables.Actively contribute to the technical success of projects and the team.QualificationsExcellent civil design knowledge with experience on major road projects.Ability to work on own initiative and in a team environment.Design experience on road projects in New Zealand.Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil).
