Legal Executive - Residential & Commercial Property Law

We are looking for a motivated Legal Executive to join a dynamic team of residential and commercial property law experts. This role offers the opportunity to work with interesting and diverse clients while developing your career in property law.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships, taking instructions and applying your skills to deliver excellent outcomes.
Handle residential property transactions and refinances.
Prepare Sale and Purchase Agreements.
Assist first-home buyers, including KiwiSaver withdrawals.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Support the Partner and team members on more complex matters.

About You

We are seeking a Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' experience in property law and the following attributes :

Strong knowledge and experience in conveyancing, land law, and property transactions.

Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.

A team player who can build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with a 'can do' attitude.

Flexible, adaptive, and able to use initiative to keep tasks moving and solve problems.

Eager to put your skills and experience to good use, delivering great outcomes for clients and the team.
