Intercompany Transaction Management : Clear and reconcile payables and prepayments accounts, ensure expense transaction compliance, and prevent long-term outstanding balances.
Procurement / Expense Invoice Processing : Receive and sort invoices, record accounting entries, prepare payment vouchers, and manage filing and archives.
Supplier Master Data Management : Collaborate with business departments to establish supplier master data and review / manage master data information to mitigate company’s commercial risks.
Expense Accruals / Provisions : Perform month / quarter / year-end accruals and provisions based on actual business; create asset cards, record asset capitalization, transfer construction-in-progress to fixed assets, amortize fixed assets / long-term deferred expenses, amortize intangible assets, and record fixed asset depreciation.
Expense Budget Control & Analysis : Conduct monthly budget execution analysis meetings with respective expense departments; Investment Budget Control & Analysis : Analyze investment budget execution with relevant departments on a monthly basis.
Semi-annual and Annual Budget Formulation & Adjustment; Monthly cash flow planning; Investment cash flow forecasting.
Asset Investment Project Review.
Asset / Low-Value Consumables Procurement Process Review.
Asset Stock take (Semi-annual / Annual asset stock take).
Review and Optimize Asset Management Policies / Procedures to standardize company asset management.
Other Tasks Assigned by Leadership.
Requirements
Possess a tertiary-level accounting-related qualification, such as Bachelor of Accountancy (BAcc), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), or equivalent.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial asset management or project financial management roles.
Experience with ERP financial systems; SAP, Xero experience highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Strong multitasking abilities, well-organized with excellent analytical skills.
Professional dedication, integrity, reliability, and strong stress resistance.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Must hold a valid New Zealand work visa with legal eligibility to work in New Zealand.
