About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate Research Assistant to join the team in the field of brain and mental health, working at the intersection of mental health, digital technology, and data science.

Key Responsibilities
Support human studies by conducting lab-based cognitive and behavioural assessments
Assist with data collection, entry, and project administration
Monitor study progress, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with institutional guidelines
Work closely with the research team and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct literature reviews, perform statistical analyses, and contribute to research reports, presentations, and publications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related field
Research experience in human studies is an advantage
Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Mplus) preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work
