In This Role, You’ll

• Lead the development and execution of eShepherd’s product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Champion customer discovery – engage directly with farmers, surface unmet needs and turn insights into action
• Drive commercial outcomes : shape go‑to‑market, pricing and positioning to accelerate adoption and growth
• Collaborate across R&D, engineering and commercial teams to deliver high‑impact features and continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of innovation, integrating emerging technologies and practices into the product vision
• Act as the voice of the customer, aligning teams behind a shared purpose and measurable outcomes
